避免长期过电压运行。过电压会造成铁心过激磁和饱和现象,变压器铁心中产生过激磁会造成以下影响:1)空载损耗增加;2)变压器噪声水平增加;3)空载电流中高次谐波含量增加;4)涌流大于空载电流,引起较大的机械力;5)过激磁时杂散磁通离开主磁路将引起结构件中的附加损耗;6)铁心的温升增加;7)过激磁的同时还有过电压,绝缘结构应能承受住这一过电压。
